Mildrete Gutierrez is the firm's principal partner and has more than nine years of Canadian immigration law experience. She has a license as an Immigration Consultant by the Immigration Consulting Council of Canada. ICCRC, as well as by the Government of Saskatchewan, under the FWRISA as an Immigration Consultant for this Province. According to Canadian law norms, all those that consult in a migratory matter must have the pertinent license for it. It is essential to mention that she also has a bachelor in law. In her first years of legal practice, she dealt with corporate law in Mexico and Canada, which allows her to have a broad perspective and knowledge of the overall processes at our firm.
Luis Garnica
Luis Garnica is the director of Marketing and Public Relations of Global Opportunities. Along with his several diplomas and titles, he has been collaborating with the Latin community in Toronto, Canada, for years giving him a clear understanding of the new immigrants and their settlement process in Canada. Mr. Garnica and Mrs. Gutierrez travel several times a year to different countries to present seminars about Canadian Immigration.
